- Why modernize a PBX that still works?
- Because it works right up until it does not. Once the operating system or appliance is outside its supported lifecycle, vulnerabilities stay unpatched and recovery depends on obsolete hardware.
- Will our extensions, IVR, and recordings be preserved?
- Yes. Extensions, call queues, auto-attendants, voicemail, and call recording are migrated as part of the project and validated before cutover.
- How do you protect us during the cutover?
- The new platform is built and tested in parallel. Cutover happens in a planned window with a controlled rollback path where required.
